Asking rents for CBD Class A office space is over $35.00, while Class B asking rents are nearly $27.00. Two new developments in LoDo will add over 800,000 sf of space in the next year.

National and International Connections
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the fifth busiest airport in the U.S. and 10th busiest in the world. Since opening in 1995, DIA has served about 500 million passengers.

DIA is home to 30 commercial airlines providing nonstop service to over 140 domestic and international destinations including cities in Canada, Europe, and Mexico.

DIA handled a record 49,863,352 passengers in 2007, an increase of 5.4 percent over the previous year. Passenger growth has led to a review of DIA's master plan.
