Downtown Office Market Boom
Denver's Downtown office market is doing exceptionally well. Asking rents for CBD Class A office rates are now over $34.00 with Class B asking rents over $28.00 (Grubb & Ellis, 2Q 2008). Ten new developments in the Lower Downtown and Central Platte Valley will be adding over 3 million SF of office space.

National and International Connections
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the fifth busiest airport in the U.S. and 10th busiest in the world (Bureau of Transportation Statistics, 2007). Since opening in 1995, DIA has served about 500 million passengers.

DIA is home to 30 commercial airlines providing nonstop service to over 140 domestic and international destinations including cities in Canada, Europe, and Mexico.

DIA handled a record 49,863,352 passengers in 2007, an increase of 5.4 percent over the previous year. Passenger growth has led to a review of DIA's master plan.
