Boards of Directors

There are four Boards of Directors that fall under the Downtown Denver Partnership umbrella: Downtown Denver Management Group, Denver Civic Ventures, Downtown Denver Incorporated and Downtown Denver Events.

In addition, the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) contracts with the Downtown Denver Partnership to manage its work program, which includes WayFinder signage, clean and safe programs, district marketing and overall management of the mile-long 16th Street Mall. The BID is operated independently from the Downtown Denver Partnership, and has a separate board of directors.
