16th Street Mall Permitting Program

The Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) manages various facets of the right-of-way along the 16th Street Mall to ensure an attractive and vibrant pedestrian environment.

The Mall Use Committee--a group comprised of representatives from the BID, the City's Public Works Department, the City's Deptarment of Environmental Health, District Six Police Department, Mounted Patrol and RTD--meets monthly to review standards, policies and applications for numerous Mall uses.

Please see the links to the left for specific information on programs along the 16th Street Mall.
