APPLICATIONS/FEES
Fees for carriages include various start-up costs, an application fee ($150) and an annual permit fee ($100/yr). Carriages work both with the BID and Denver Police Mounted Patrol on testing of horses and carriages to ensure safety. Carriages have a specific set of rules and regulations determined by the BID, the City & County of Denver Public Works and Mounted Patrol that they must follow in order to operate their carriages.
